Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after receipt of payment (please send pop) and are couriered via our preferred carrier with tracking and drop-off with signature. 

Shipping costs: We have a few delivery optons on check out.

1st option. Free, choose this option for collection only or if you will be sending your own courier or if is an international delivery and we need to quote delivery costs first. Collection will be at our store in Salt River. 

2nd option. Free, choose this option if your order is over R1500 and we will then use standard SA Post Office delivery method. Bare in mind this takes much longer, 3-10 days and you have to then collect at your local office. Not applicable for orders over 10kg.

3rd option. R140, choose this to use our courier service which takes 2-3 days delivered to your door, insured, secure and the best option.

4th option. R180,  choose this if you are in a real hurry, this will be delivered next day.

All of these options will be available for you to choose on checkout. Delivery time also dependant on stock levels.

Does not apply to parcels in excess of 10kg, please ask for quote.

 

Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. 

If you cannot be present to sign for the delivery, please remember that you can specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. office or family member) at the time of ordering. If you are requesting the goods be delivered to your work address, please ensure you include the business name. You may be required to confirm these details and, if so, a member of the company will attempt to contact you by phone.

Unsuccessful deliveries: Our designated Courier service will initially make two attempts at delivery on consecutive working days. After each unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest Courier depot.
